The company?
- Established since 2011 (15 years) and still rapidly expanding, this commercial Solar & BESS installer are delivering commercial solutions across the UK - rooftop projects ranging from 100kw to multiple ground mount 5MW+ installs.
One of your first projects to support on? A 3.7MW rooftop project. They deal in all sizes.
With a very strong pipeline, they are now looking for a Design Manager. You'll initially manage a team of three engineers while helping shape the future of the department as the business continues to scale.

Experience?

We're looking for someone with leadership ability and commercial Solar PV design experience who has either managed a team already or is ready to take that next step.

Ideally you'll have experience with AutoCAD, PV*SOL, UK DNO applications and leading projects from feasibility through to construction-ready designs. BESS experience would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
