Solar Electrician / Solar PV Electrician
Essex | London | Suffolk | Permanent or Self-Employed

We're looking for experienced Solar Electricians / Solar PV Electricians to join a growing renewable energy contractor delivering residential renewable energy installations across London, Essex and Suffolk, with occasional work in Cambridgeshire and Norfolk.
Whether you're looking for a permanent PAYE role or prefer to work self-employed, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the installation and commissioning of:

  • Solar PV systems
  • Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
  • EV Charging Points

The majority of work is on private residential properties, alongside Housing Association and Council contracts, with an excellent pipeline of work across the region.

  • NVQ Level 2 (or higher) in Electrical Installation
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Experience installing Solar PV systems
  • Experience with battery storage and EV charger installations is highly desirable
  • ECS/CSCS Card (preferred)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Happy to travel across London, Essex, Suffolk and occasionally Cambridgeshire and Norfolk
