Solar Operations Coordinator (Domestic)

Hours: 37.5 paid hours per week, scheduled between 08:00 and 18:00
Reports to: SME Lead – Domestic and Electrical
Location: Hybrid - Ecovision, Quedgeley, Gloucester
Salary: Up to £28,000.00 depending on experience

Join Ecovision as a Solar Operations Coordinator and help keep domestic solar services running smoothly across the UK. You’ll be the link between customers, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams, making sure visits are booked, workflows progress, and customers receive a clear, professional service.

What you’ll do

  • Book domestic solar and electrical site visits, keeping customers informed from start to finish.
  • Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, equipment providers, and internal teams to keep work moving.
  • Manage key workflows including warranty claims, stock dispatch, billing checks, WIP, Legal administration.
  • Handle customer queries across phone, email, and written channels with confidence and professionalism.
  • Support outbound campaigns, service appointments, KPIs, and operational targets.
  • Keep records accurate and up to date in Salesforce and internal systems.
  • Spot issues early, escalate where needed, and help improve the way we work.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in customer support, scheduling, operations, or a service-focused role
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, customer-first approach
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle priorities
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, commercial awareness
  • CRM experience is helpful; Salesforce or renewables experience is a bonus
  • A desire to succeed and grow with the business
