Solar PPM Project Manager
Hybrid | Solar PV and Renewables
This is a chance to join a well established building services specialist with more than twenty years of delivering for some of the UK's biggest retail brands, from store construction right through to full mechanical and electrical installation. They are recognised as one of Britain's fastest growing private companies, and their renewables work is a big part of where they are heading next.
They need an experienced PPM Project Manager to take ownership of planned maintenance contracts across a national portfolio of solar PV and renewable energy assets.
What you'll be doing:
- Planning and delivering planned preventative maintenance programmes across solar PV and renewable sites nationwide
- Coordinating engineers and subcontractors across multiple locations
- Owning contractual KPIs, SLAs and compliance, and reporting performance back to the client
- Managing budgets, costs, purchase orders and supplier invoices
- Carrying out drone site inspections and reviewing maintenance, inspection and performance data
- Pricing remedial works and spotting opportunities to grow the account

What you'll need:
- Project or contract management experience in building services, electrical, FM or renewables
- A track record of delivering PPM contracts
- Strong client relationship skills and genuine commercial awareness
- A good understanding of electrical systems and health and safety legislation
- Solar PV, battery storage or EV charging experience is a real bonus
