Project Manager – Commercial Solar & Electrical Projects
📍 Location: Dewsbury (Hybrid & Site-Based)
💰 Salary: £55,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

We're recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established and rapidly growing business delivering commercial M&E and renewable energy projects across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience managing commercial Solar PV and LV electrical projects who enjoys taking ownership of projects from initial survey through to final handover.
The Role
As Project Manager, you'll lead the successful delivery of commercial electrical and Solar PV installations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You'll work closely with clients, consultants, site teams, and commercial colleagues to deliver outstanding results while building strong long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial Solar PV and LV electrical projects from start to completion
- Carry out site surveys alongside consultants and specialist contractors
- Develop and manage project programmes and key milestones
- Oversee design management and contract administration
- Coordinate project meetings and stakeholder communications
- Support commercial teams with cost plans, profitability, and resource planning
- Work alongside Site Managers to ensure successful site mobilisation
- Monitor project progress, quality, and Health & Safety compliance
- Manage practical completion, handovers, and O&M documentation
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience managing commercial Solar PV installations
- Knowledge of LV electrical installations/modifications
- Previous retail or commercial project management experience
- Strong understanding of commercial performance, Health & Safety, and project delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel
