Do you thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and you have plenty of autonomy?

If so, this could be the role for you!

We are looking for a self-driven and highly organised Solar Project Manager to oversee the office-based management and coordination of our solar and battery storage installations.

The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple projects simultaneously, comfortable handling conflicting priorities and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will ensure projects remain on schedule, regulatory requirements are met, and customers receive a consistently high level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day installation diary, including booking, scheduling and making changes as required.
  • Liaise with customers throughout the installation process, providing regular updates and ensuring they are kept informed.
  • Organise equipment and kit lists for each installation, ensuring installers have everything they need to complete the work.

  • Manage and coordinate installers' diaries, ensuring resources are planned and allocated effectively.
  • Lead and support the Project Coordinator team, ensuring work is prioritised and completed efficiently.
  • Take inbound calls and deal with general enquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase the efficiency of project delivery.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with company procedures, regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
