Job Description
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solar Project Manager to oversee utility-scale EPC solar projects across the UK. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering solar energy projects on time, within scope, and within budget while leading multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end EPC delivery of utility-scale solar PV projects.
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control processes.
- Oversee permitting, HSE compliance, and grid connection processes.
- Conduct regular site visits and manage construction activities.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular updates and transparent communication.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management for utility-scale solar PV projects in the UK or similar markets.
- Strong knowledge of EPC project lifecycles and UK permitting, grid, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams with resolution and leadership.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Right to work in the UK without restrictions.
- Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
