Solar PV Project Manager

Kennedy Renewables is an established commercial renewable energy specialist with over 15 years’ experience delivering solar PV and energy solutions across the UK.
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Solar PV Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of commercial solar projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple commercial solar PV projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects from pre-construction through installation, commissioning and handover
- Managing programmes, budgets, procurement and project costs
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
- Overseeing site mobilisation, logistics and material deliveries
- Carrying out regular site visits and quality inspections
- Managing project risks, variations and programme issues
- Maintaining high health & safety standards
- Providing clear progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders

Commercial solar PV experience is highly desirable, although candidates from strong electrical, construction or renewable energy project management backgrounds will also be considered.
Ideally, you’ll hold some or all of the following:
- SMSTS
- 18th Edition
- CSCS / Gold Card
- AM2
- IPAF
- Full UK driving licence
