📢 WE’RE HIRING – SOLAR PV SURVEYOR | SOUTH REGION ☀️
UPS Solar is looking for an experienced Solar PV Surveyor to join our growing team, covering surveys across the South of England.

📍 Ideally based in or around Oxford – this is a preferred central location to make logistics and survey runs across the southern region as efficient as possible.

Company Description

UPS Solar specialises in the nationwide installation of Solar panels and Battery storage solutions. With teams situated around the country, we are always near to provide a local, personalised service. We conduct remote property assessments and roof measurements to offer detailed proposals on the solar panels, inverters, potential returns, and savings. If the client is agreeable, our technical surveyors then assess the roof and electrics for suitability, followed by our skilled installation teams executing the installation.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar PV Surveyor based Nationally. The Solar PV Surveyor will be responsible for conducting on-site assessments of roofs and electrical systems to confirm suitability for solar panel installations. Daily tasks will include inspecting properties, preparing detailed reports, liaising with clients, and coordinating with technical and installation teams to ensure efficient survey and installation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical surveys at customer properties, assessing suitability for solar installations.
  • Understand the technical requirements of installations, including cable runs and other equipment needs.
  • Engage with customers to discuss installation requirements, answering any questions they may have.
  • Ensure all surveys are completed accurately and submitted within required timeframes.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth handover of survey details.
