Warm leads. Uncapped commission. A career in renewable energy. We’re growing fast, demand is increasing, and we’re looking for a confident, ambitious Solar Sales Consultant to join our team.
Join our award-winning team at Eco Providers as a Solar Sales Consultant, helping homeowners choose solar PV and battery storage that suit their homes and energy needs. You will manage warm inbound enquiries, prepare tailored quotes and guide customers from their first conversation through to installation.
Based in Dutton, Preston – this is a full-time, permanent, office-based role, working Monday to Friday with an early finish on Fridays.

Eco Providers is an award-winning nationwide renewable energy installer with nearly a decade of experience. You will work alongside experienced design, technical and operations teams, with product training and sales coaching to help you develop.

What you will do
- Manage warm inbound leads from online enquiries and existing customers.
- Speak with homeowners to understand their property, energy use and priorities.
- Recommend tailored solar PV and battery storage solutions.
- Prepare accurate, competitive quotations and follow up to close sales.
- Work towards individual and monthly sales targets.
- Keep clear, accurate records in our CRM.
- Deliver a positive customer experience from enquiry to installation.
- Work closely with our design, technical and operations teams.
- Take part in ongoing product training and sales development.
What you will bring
- At least two years of renewable energy sales experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a professional telephone manner.
- The ability to build trust, understand customer needs and close sales.
- A self-motivated, organised and target-driven approach.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Even better if you have
- Solar PV or Battery Storage sales experience.
- Solar design experience.
- Knowledge of domestic renewable energy systems.
Pay and benefits
- £28,000–£35,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission and warm inbound leads.
- Monday to Friday working, with an early finish on Fridays.
- 31 days of annual leave, including bank holidays.
