About the Company

My client is a growing construction and renewable energy contractor delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across the UK. They provide end-to-end project delivery, from initial planning and design through to construction, installation, and commissioning.

Job Opportunity

Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team and support the successful delivery of projects nationwide.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong coordination of subcontractors, site personnel, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily site operations across construction and infrastructure projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
  • Ensure works are completed in line with project programmes and specifications
  • Implement and enforce Health & Safety procedures, including inductions, toolbox talks, and audits
  • Ensure compliance with RAMS, CDM Regulations, and client requirements
  • Monitor project quality, progress, and site performance
  • Maintain accurate records relating to labour, plant, materials, and timesheets
  • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and environmental checks
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients
  • Lead and support site teams through briefings, reviews, and ongoing communication

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
