The Role

KCYC Limited is seeking ambitious individuals to join our expanding team. This unique role combines high-growth solar system sales with essential utility service consulting for both domestic and commercial clients. You will help customers reduce their monthly outgoings by introducing them to integrated, cost-effective energy and utility solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Field Sales: Conduct door-to-door sales targeting residential and business customers.
  • Consultancy: Understand client needs and present the benefits of integrated utility and solar solutions.
  • Lead Management: Follow up on leads via phone, email, and social media.
  • Process Coordination: Drive contract signing and coordinate the installation process for solar systems.
  • Portfolio Growth: Develop and maintain your own customer portfolio while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Targets: Achieve a minimum performance target of 4 deals per month.

What We Offer

  • Salary: £26,000 Base Salary + Commission. Earnings: Up to £400 commission per completed deal with unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience (1 year) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to learn and develop professionally.
  • Passionately committed to helping people and businesses find better value.
