Production Assembler / Wiring Technician
Location: Newport
Temp to Perm: 12 weeks
Salary: £12.80 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
We are recruiting for a hands-on Production Assembler to join a friendly and growing team on a Monday to Friday day shift.
This role involves assembling and soldering wiring harnesses for a range of specialist equipment. While soldering forms part of the role, the products are bespoke and varied, making it much easier to learn through practical training than by following a standard job description.
What You'll Be Doing
- Soldering and assembling wiring harnesses
- Building and testing a variety of product kits
- Working from instructions and training provided
- Maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail
- Learning three different product builds over time

What We're Looking For
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to concentrate for extended periods
- Someone who can pick up new skills and training quickly
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous assembly, soldering, or electrical experience would be advantageous
