Job Overview
A lovely London-based family is seeking a confident, active and highly organised rota Manny/Nanny to care for three children aged 9, 12 and 14.
This is a sole charge role, ideal for someone who has strong experience with older children and teenagers, and who can build a genuine connection with the children while maintaining clear boundaries and structure. The family is looking for someone who is calm, capable, sporty and engaging; a positive role model who can encourage independence, good manners, confidence and responsibility.
The role will be one week on/off during term time, with occasional two weeks on/off during the school holidays. The right candidate will be proactive, reliable and very organised, able to stay on top of school schedules, activities, kit, homework, logistics and day-to-day routines.

Responsibilities
- Sole charge care of three children aged 9, 12 and 14.
- All nursery duties, including cooking an evening meal for the children.
- Children’s laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding and keeping clothing organised.
- Supporting school routines, homework, activities and appointments.
- Keeping on top of timetables, sports kit, school bags, uniforms and general organisation.
- Encouraging positive behaviour, good boundaries and age-appropriate independence.
- Acting as a confident, active and sporty role model.
- Planning and engaging in activities, especially sports and outdoor interests.
- Driving all children to and from school, clubs, activities and social arrangements.
- Working closely with the family to ensure consistency, structure and smooth communication.

Ideal Manny / Nanny
- Experienced with older children and teenagers, especially boys.
- Fit, active and sporty.
- Confident, warm and able to connect naturally with children of this age.
- Calm but firm, with excellent boundaries.
- Extremely organised and proactive.
- A strong driver is essential.
- Reliable, discreet and professional.
- Checkable references from previous employers are essential.
