Service Care Solutions is delighted to be working with a well-established, award-winning law firm that is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Kendal.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Newly Qualified Solicitor with a passion for commercial property to develop their career within a supportive and highly regarded team. You will work alongside experienced legal professionals, gaining exposure to a broad range of commercial property transactions for regional and national clients.
Location: Kendal / Hybrid
Working Salary: £35,000–£45,000 per annum, depending on experience

Experience: Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ–1 PQE)
Contract: Permanent
Responsibilities as a Commercial Property Solicitor
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters with appropriate supervision.
- Assist with landlord and tenant matters, commercial and residential development, and high-value property transactions.
- Draft and negotiate leases, contracts, and other commercial property documentation.
- Liaise regularly with clients, agents, and other legal professionals, providing timely updates and advice.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the growth of the department.
- Use the firm's case management system to maintain accurate records and manage deadlines effectively.
