Commercial Property Solicitor | 2–4 PQE | £70 - £80k + DOE | City of London | Hybrid Working
An established London law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its real estate team. The firm is recognised by The Legal 500 for Commercial Property and the team works on quality and high value matters. You will work closely with experienced partners on a varied caseload for UK and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- The work covers investment acquisitions and disposals, development, landlord and tenant matters, and property management.
- Clients include institutional and private investors, funds, developers, institutional lenders, and private banks.
- This is an opportunity to build your experience on high-quality commercial property work, gaining experience from expert solicitors in this area of law.

Role Details:
- You will manage matters independently, drawing on the team’s support when needed, and delivering practical advice that reflects each client’s objectives.

Requirements:
- The firm is looking for a Qualified UK Solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE commercial property experience.
- The confidence to manage your own matters and work across a varied commercial real estate caseload.
- Strong communication skills and a practical, client-focused approach.
- An interest in building your profile as part of a collaborative team.
