Senior Litigation Associate 7+ PQE | North-London | Top Tier L500 Firm | Hybrid Working three days per week | Fast-track to Partnership

The Firm:

A well-regarded and forward-thinking law firm is looking to strengthen its Dispute Resolution team with an experienced Litigation Solicitor.

The firm combines strong technical expertise with a commercial, client-focused approach and offers a collaborative environment where experienced lawyers are supported to develop their careers and take on greater responsibility.

The Role:

This is a varied role with a strong property litigation focus, alongside broader commercial and contractual disputes.

You will manage a complex caseload with a high degree of autonomy, advising clients and representing them across negotiation, litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Matters will include:

  • Landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals and 1954 Act matters.
  • Dilapidations, disrepair and breach of covenant.
  • Boundary and enfranchisement disputes.
  • Property, construction and contractual disputes.
  • Enforcement matters, including charging orders, bankruptcy and winding-up.
  • Listed building and local authority enforcement.
  • Professional negligence involving solicitors and surveyors.
  • Capacity and Court of Protection matters.

The Candidate & Benefits:

You will be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 7+ years' PQE, with strong experience in litigation and a significant property bias.

  • Strong technical litigation expertise.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and sound professional judgment.
  • Experience handling complex matters autonomously.
  • Confidence in court, tribunal and negotiation settings.
  • The ability and desire to support and develop junior colleagues.
