Property Litigation Solicitor | NQ - 1 PQE
Southampton | £50,000–£55,000
Top 200 firm | top-ranked team
My client, a leading national law firm, are looking to add a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Southampton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or junior solicitor looking to develop their career within a well-established property litigation practice, working alongside experienced lawyers and acting for a broad and interesting client base.
You will manage your own caseload of property litigation matters, acting for a diverse range of clients including:
- Property developers
- Retail chains
- Commercial property owners
- Property agents
- Residential landlords
- Private individuals
You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other members of the team on larger and more complex matters.
Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload of property litigation files.
- Advising clients on legal procedures and a wide range of associated property litigation issues.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues on larger matters.
- Supporting marketing and business development activities where appropriate.
- Carrying out duties and instructions from partners and colleagues diligently and effectively.
- Keeping fully up to date with relevant developments and changes in the law.
