The role
- Advise on rural property transactions and land-related matters
- Assist with crofting, agricultural and estate-related work
- Support clients on forestry, land management and rural business matters
- Work on natural capital and net-zero projects
- Assist with community land and land reform initiatives
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
About you
- Scottish-qualified Solicitor
- Interest in rural property, land or agricultural law
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised and able to manage a varied workload
- Commercially aware and client-focused
- Eager to develop within a specialist practice area

The environment
You'll be joining a respected rural property team known for its expertise across crofting, agriculture, estates and land reform matters. Working closely with colleagues in private client, renewable energy and banking teams, you'll gain exposure to a diverse range of clients and complex transactions while building a long-term career in a growing sector.
