Are you a Real Estate Finance Solicitor looking for higher-quality work, greater responsibility and a genuine pathway to progression? About the Firm

Our client is a specialist law firm with expertise in real estate finance, commercial property and property-backed transactions. Known for its commercially focused advice and responsive service, the firm advises lenders, borrowers, investors and property professionals on complex and time-sensitive matters across England & Wales.

About the Role

Working closely with experienced senior lawyers and partners, you will advise on a broad range of real estate finance matters, including secured lending, bridging finance, refinancing, investment finance and portfolio transactions. This role offers early responsibility, direct client contact and exposure to sophisticated transactions from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing real estate finance transactions from instruction to completion.
  • Advising lenders, borrowers, investors and property professionals.
  • Preparing and reviewing Reports on Title.
  • Conducting title due diligence and risk analysis.
  • Drafting and negotiating finance and security documentation.
  • Liaising with brokers, valuers, clients and external advisers.
  • Supporting refinancing, acquisition finance and portfolio lending matters.
  • Delivering commercially focused, practical legal advice.

Skills & Experience

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
  • 2+ years PQE.
  • Experience in Real Estate Finance, Commercial Property or Property Finance.
  • Strong technical, drafting and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage transactions and build client relationships confidently.
