Commercial Litigation Associate Solicitor 1-4+ PQE | Top Tier L500 Firm | London, City | Hybrid Working | Career Progression


The Firm:

A rapidly growing, yet established L500-ranked firm based in the City of London has ambitious plans to expand further.

The Role:

Join a busy and growing Commercial Litigation team, handling a broad range of high-quality disputes, including:

  • Commercial and contractual disputes, including breaches of contract and complex contractual claims.
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes.
  • Professional negligence claims involving solicitors, accountants, financial advisers and other professionals.
  • Fraud, asset tracing and injunctive relief.
  • Director and shareholder disputes, including claims involving breaches of duties.
  • Insolvency-related disputes, including claims involving administrators, liquidators and directors.
  • Construction-related commercial disputes.
  • Business and corporate disputes, including disputes arising from acquisitions and commercial transactions.
  • Enforcement of judgments and debt recovery, both domestically and cross-border.
  • General commercial disputes involving businesses, directors, shareholders and high-net-worth individuals.

The Candidate & Benefits:
