Family Solicitor | Bournemouth | Competitive Salary
Ready to take the next step in your Family Law career?
We're looking for a Family Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE to join our large and highly regarded Family team in Bournemouth.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a full-service Family team with recognised strength across both financial and children matters. You will work on a varied mix of complex and high-value cases, while developing your own experience within an established and expanding department.

The Role
Based in our brand-new offices in Bournemouth, you will join the wider Family team in a full-time, permanent role, working on a varied mix of finance and children matters. You will have the opportunity to work alongside and directly support some of the region’s most highly regarded senior Family solicitors on complex, high-value and often sensitive matters. Alongside managing smaller matters independently, you will benefit from exceptional exposure to sophisticated casework and leading specialist expertise, providing an outstanding platform from which to refine your skills, build your professional profile and develop a high-quality caseload of your own. You will also play an active role in marketing and business development as the team continues its strategic growth.
About You
We're looking for a qualified lawyer with around 2-5 years' post-qualification experience and experience across areas including:
- Divorce and civil partnership dissolution
- Financial matters involving pensions, private companies, property portfolios and tax issues
- Variations of maintenance applications
- Schedule 1 cases
- Cohabitation disputes
- Private law children disputes, including internal and international relocation

Knowledge of child abduction work is welcome but not essential. You will ideally have trained and gained experience with a well-regarded firm and be looking for an opportunity to continue developing within an expanding Family team.
