Residential Property Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate
Flexible Office Attendance
(must be able to attend the office in Brighton a minimum once per fortnight)
This is an opportunity to join one of the South East's most respected full-service firms at a time of continued growth.
The Residential Property team is exceptionally busy, with a consistent flow of quality instructions and more work than the team can currently service. As a result, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to help meet demand.
The Role
You'll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters

This is a role for someone who enjoys running their own files and building long-term client relationships, with plenty of support from an experienced wider property team.
What They're Looking For
- Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Associate or Senior Associate level.
- Able to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
- Commercially minded and proactive.
- Strong client care and relationship-building skills.
- Likely will live a reasonable distance from Brighton due to some office attendance required.
Hybrid Working
The firm offers a flexible approach to hybrid working.
Following your induction, office attendance can be tailored around business needs, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates based across Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Hampshire or even London who are looking for greater flexibility without sacrificing quality work. Office attendance can be 1-2 days per week or even less for the right person.
