NQ - 2PQE Solicitor – Trusts & Estates
Exeter
The Role
A rare opportunity for an NQ–2 PQE Private Client solicitor to join a highly regarded Trusts & Estates team within a leading Top 100 UK law firm with a strong South West presence.
The team advises HNW individuals, families, entrepreneurs, business owners and trustees on sophisticated private wealth matters, including:
- Wills and succession planning
- Trusts and estate administration
- Tax and wealth planning
- Wealth preservation and succession structures
- Family and business succession
You’ll work alongside experienced lawyers on high-quality, complex matters, with early client contact and genuine responsibility from the outset. The wider practice has a strong national network, giving you access to excellent technical expertise and a broad client base.

Candidate Requirements
We’re looking for an NQ–2 PQE solicitor with experience in non-contentious Private Client / Trusts & Estates work.
You should have:
- Experience across wills, trusts, estates and succession planning
- Strong technical, analytical and drafting skills
- Excellent client communication skills
- The ability to manage matters with appropriate supervision
- A genuine interest in developing a career in Private Client
Experience advising HNW clients, trustees, entrepreneurs or family businesses would be advantageous.
