An Employment Solicitor is sought to join a growing Aberdeen team, advising a diverse client base across contentious and non-contentious employment law.
The role combines advisory, tribunal and transactional work, offering a solicitor the chance to step up in responsibility, deepen client relationships and raise their profile in a supportive, collaborative setting.

The role
- Advise clients on the full spectrum of employment law issues
- Run Employment Tribunal claims, including preparing ET3 responses
- Give day-to-day HR and employee relations guidance
- Prepare contracts, policies and settlement agreements
- Handle the employment side of corporate transactions
- Lead client training sessions and legal updates
About you
- Employment law experience – applications welcome at all levels
- Background in both contentious and non-contentious work
- Comfortable managing your own caseload and client contacts
- Commercially minded with a practical, solutions-led approach
- Clear communicator with excellent drafting ability
