Personal Injury - RTA - Solicitor
This is a great opportunity for litigators who thrive on technically challenging work and a collaborative environment. Join a specialist Defendant RTA team within a nationally respected law firm, advising leading insurer clients on complex, high-value motor claims.
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to £50,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Experience: Solicitor Claimant or Defendant with RTA experience
Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of complex motor cases
- Manage your own caseload of RTA claims (fast & multi-track)
- Draft pleadings, instruct counsel and attend strategic case conferences
- Analyse expert medical and liability evidence to drive successful outcomes
- Collaborate with senior solicitors on high-profile litigation

Requirements
- Broad range of candidates considered
- We welcome applications from both defendant and claimant backgrounds:
- Solicitor with proven experience in RTA litigation — multi-track preferred, fast-track considered
- Strong drafting, analytical and case strategy skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset and commitment to quality
