Role: Litigation Solicitor
Location: London
Proper Recruitment are working with a highly regarded law firm who are looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their growing Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to manage a varied caseload of complex and high-value disputes, whilst playing a key role in the continued growth of the department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a broad caseload including commercial disputes, contract claims, property disputes, and regulatory litigation
- Provide strategic and commercially focused advice from initial instruction through to resolution
- Handle matters involving negotiation, mediation, and trial
- Draft and review pleadings, witness statements, expert reports, and other litigation documents
- Manage court proceedings and liaise with clients, counsel, courts, and third parties
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to the continued growth of the Litigation Department

Requirements:
- 2+ Years PQE with a strong Litigation background
- Experience handling complex, multi-party, or high-value disputes
- Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and court processes
- Ability to manage cases independently from inception to completion
- Excellent client management, communication, and analytical skills
- ADR, cross-border litigation, and business development experience beneficial
