Residential Real Estate Solicitor 2+ PQE | North London | Hybrid working 3 days per week | Unlimited annual leave
The Firm:
Based in North-London, this progressive law firm combines high-quality work with a modern, flexible approach to legal practice. With multiple hires already made this year, the Residential Property team continues to grow due to increasing demand and a steady stream of high-value instructions.

The Role:
You’ll join a busy, well-supported Residential Property team of 15, handling a varied caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, and ideally some new build work.

The team regularly deals with high-end transactions, including properties worth £5M+, and you’ll be given an active caseload from day one.

The Candidate & Benefits:
- 2+ years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing
- Confident running files independently
- Experience with high-value or complex work is a plus
- New build knowledge beneficial
- Self-motivated, client-focused, and commercially aware
