The role
- Advise clients on a broad range of employment law matters
- Manage Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting ET3s
- Provide day-to-day HR and employee relations advice
- Draft contracts, policies and settlement agreements
- Support the employment aspects of corporate transactions
- Deliver client training and legal updates
About you
- Experience in employment law - the firm is considering all levels
- Experience handling contentious and non-contentious matters
- Confident managing client relationships and your own caseload
- Commercially aware and solutions-focused
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
