Family Solicitor – 3–5 PQE
Guildford | £50,000–£65,000 | 60/40 Hybrid Working | Enhanced Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor (3–5 PQE) to join the highly regarded family team of a national Top 100 law firm in Guildford.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious family lawyer to join a top-ranked family team within a full-service firm, working alongside experienced and highly respected practitioners on a sophisticated private family caseload.
You will advise on a broad range of high-value and high-net-worth private family matters, acting for a diverse client base and handling complex, often financially and emotionally sensitive cases.
The Role Will Involve:
- Managing a varied caseload of private family matters
- Advising HNW and UHNW individuals on complex family law issues
- Handling financial remedy and private children matters
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with senior lawyers and other teams across the wider firm
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the family practice

You Will Ideally Have:
- You must be a qualified solicitor, lawyer, legal executive
- Strong experience in private family law
- Experience dealing with high-net-worth clients and complex financial matters
- Excellent technical and drafting skills
- A commercially minded and client-focused approach
- The confidence to manage your own caseload while working collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine interest in developing your career within a leading family practice
