Real Estate Finance Senior Solicitor 6+ PQE | Top 100 Ranked Firm | Top Tier L500 & HNW Chambers | Pathway for Partnership | Following NOT needed

The Firm:

A Top 100 UK law firm with a strong reputation across Real Estate, Finance and Private Wealth is looking to strengthen its Real Estate Finance practice.

The firm advises a sophisticated client base of HNW/UHNW individuals, family offices, developers, investors and financial institutions, with its Real Estate team advising on billions of pounds worth of matters annually.

It is Top Tier Legal 500 ranked across key practice areas and recognised by Chambers High Net Worth, reflecting the quality of its work and client base.

The Role:

An opportunity for a Senior Solicitor specialising in Real Estate Finance to join an established, partner-led team handling sophisticated property finance matters.

  • Advise on acquisition and development finance, investment finance, refinancing and secured lending, acting for both lenders and borrowers across commercial and residential assets.
  • Genuine client exposure, responsibility and the opportunity to work closely with experienced Partners on high-value transactions.
