Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer
Colchester | Hybrid | Full-time / 4 days considered
Are you an experienced Residential Property fee earner looking for a move where you can focus on what you do best, running a quality caseload and delivering for your clients?
We’re working with a well-established law firm that is looking to strengthen its Residential Property team in Colchester with a more experienced fee earner.
The opportunity
This is a great opportunity for a qualified Residential Property Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer who wants to join a busy and established team.
You’ll take ownership of your own caseload, dealing with a broad range of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, while working alongside an experienced wider team across Colchester, Ipswich and London.

What you'll be doing
- Managing your own caseload of Residential Property matters from instruction through to completion
- Providing a high-quality, client-focused service
- Handling matters efficiently and commercially
- Taking responsibility for your files and deadlines
- Working collaboratively with the wider Residential Property team
- Undertaking file sign-offs where required
