The Role
You will work directly alongside an experienced partner and senior members of the employment team, gaining hands on experience across a broad caseload from day one. You will be supported at every step, given exposure to matters well above your call and encouraged to develop at a pace that suits your progression, with the intention that you take ownership of your own matters and client relationships as your judgement develops.

The breadth of work spans tribunal claims including unfair dismissal and discrimination, advising employers on disciplinaries, grievances and performance management, restructuring, redundancy and consultation exercises, drafting contracts, policies and staff handbooks, settlement negotiations and restrictive covenant disputes.
