About the Opportunity

An established and highly regarded law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join its friendly and supportive team based in Acle.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or CILEX-qualified professional seeking to develop their career within a respected Private Client department. You will take ownership of a varied caseload while delivering high-quality, empathetic client care and building trusted long-term relationships.

The Role

You will manage a diverse range of Private Client matters, including:

  • Drafting and advising on Wills
  • Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Estate administration and Probate work
  • Lifetime planning and succession planning

In addition, you will:

  • Provide clear, practical, and compassionate legal advice tailored to individual client needs
  • Meet clients in the office and conduct occasional home visits where required
  • Draft and prepare legal documents with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate and well-organised case files
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the wider team’s success

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX status
  • Experience in Private Client work, including Wills, LPAs, Probate, and Estate Administration
  • Strong client care and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confidence managing your own caseload independently
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • A professional, approachable, and empathetic manner
  • A full UK driving licence (for client home visits where required)
