Senior Associate Commercial Property Solicitor

📍 Witney, Oxfordshire
💰 Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 DOE + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm, is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Associate Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing Commercial Property team in Witney. This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) looking to work on high-quality transactions with a supportive team, genuine career progression, and flexible hybrid working.

The Team

You'll become part of a successful Commercial Property department spanning 5 offices across the South East, working alongside:

  • 4 Commercial Property Partners
  • 6 experienced Commercial Property Solicitors and Fee Earners
  • Dedicated legal support staff

The firm is recognised for its outstanding client service and technical expertise and is:

  • Lexcel Accredited
  • Well established with an excellent reputation across Oxfordshire and the South East

The Role

You will manage a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload acting for a broad range of business clients, developers, investors, lenders, and landlords.

Your work will include:

  • Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
  • Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial property
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Development land acquisitions and disposals
  • Option agreements
  • Conditional contracts
  • Promotion agreements
  • Acting for lenders and pension schemes

About You

You will ideally have:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • 5+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
  • Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial real estate matters
  • Experience gained within a UK private practice law firm
  • Excellent client relationship and business development skills
  • A commercial and proactive approach to client service
