Senior Associate / Partner – Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor

Salary up to £80,000 + 20% Bonus Scheme | Award-Winning Multi-Office Firm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor at Senior Associate / Partner level to join a leading, award-winning multi-office law firm with a highly regarded specialist team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor looking to join a firm that is recognised for its expertise in this area of law, offering high-quality work, excellent support and the opportunity to play a key role within a successful specialist department.

The Role

You will work on a varied and high-quality caseload of Leasehold Enfranchisement and related property matters, including:

  • Applications to the First-Tier Tribunal Property Chamber
  • Appointment of a manager
  • Collective enfranchisement
  • Leasehold development
  • Lease extensions
  • Lease reviews
  • Right of First Refusal
  • Right to Manage
  • Lease interpretation
  • Leasehold law advice
  • Breach of lease matters
  • Dispute resolution
  • Lease compliance

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Strong experience in Leasehold Enfranchisement
  • Experience handling complex leasehold matters
  • Ability to manage files independently and provide high-quality client advice
  • Senior Associate or Partner-level experience
  • A desire to develop within a specialist and supportive team
