Junior Personal Injury Solicitor - Industrial Disease

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Personal Injury Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded claimant law firm in Manchester.
The successful candidate will become part of a specialist Industrial Disease team, handling a varied caseload while receiving support from experienced colleagues within a collaborative and friendly environment. The Role
You will be responsible for managing and progressing a caseload of industrial disease and personal injury matters, whilst assisting senior fee earners on more complex claims.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing claimant industrial disease files from inception through to conclusion.
- Assisting on complex and high-value litigation matters.
- Drafting legal documents, witness statements, and correspondence.
- Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel, and third parties.
- Maintaining excellent standards of client care.
- Ensuring compliance with Civil Procedure Rules and firm procedures.
- Supporting business growth through professional and effective case handling.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Solicitor status (NQ-3 years PQE ideally).
- Previous experience handling claimant personal injury matters.
- Industrial disease experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and positive approach to case management.
