Contentious Probate Solicitor | 2-5 PQE | London Bridge | Hybrid Working

Are you a Contentious Probate Solicitor looking to join a highly regarded team known for handling complex, high-value inheritance and trust disputes?

A leading London firm is seeking a talented contentious probate solicitor to join its specialist Contentious Probate team. Working alongside recognised experts in the field, you will advise a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, charities, professional trustees and vulnerable clients on a broad range of contentious probate, trust and estate disputes.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2-5 years' PQE in Contentious Probate or related litigation
  • Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, estates and inheritance disputes
  • Excellent advocacy, negotiation and drafting skills
  • Experience managing matters independently from inception to resolution
  • Outstanding client care skills and a sensitive approach to complex family dynamics

Desirable experience includes:

  • ACTAPS membership or a desire to work towards accreditation
  • Experience of mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution
  • Exposure to complex and high-value estate or trust disputes
  • A keen interest in business development, networking and building professional relationships
