The full salary range for a Solicitor at EMPLS is £45,765- £67,920 (grades L-O).
Your starting salary will depend on your existing level of experience, and you will progress through the salary scale as you gain more experience and develop within the EMPLS team. Solicitors with prior experience in Policing are able to start at a higher grade.

We are a collaborative unit of officers and staff tackling the most serious, organised, and violent crime, counter terrorism and extremism and providing forensic services on behalf of the region.
