About the Company:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to join our growing Residential Property team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing exceptional client service while maintaining high professional standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive solicitor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to play a key role in the continued growth and success of the firm.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions independently from inception to completion.
- Handle a range of matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build purchases
- Shared ownership transactions
- Right to Buy matters
- Lease extensions and variations
- Conduct title investigations and review property searches.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and related legal documentation.
- Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers and other solicitors.
- Provide clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML and risk management procedures.
- Maintain accurate case records and meet all file management standards.
- Achieve billing and performance targets as agreed with management.
- Support and mentor junior fee earners, trainees and support staff where appropriate.
- Contribute to business development activities and help maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
- Minimum 5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing (ideally)
Required Skills:
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
