Residential Property Lawyer | Bromsgrove | Full or Part-Time
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join an established law firm based in Bromsgrove.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Residential Property Lawyer with 3+ years' PQE to join the team.
The firm is open to candidates looking for either full-time or part-time hours, making this an attractive opportunity for experienced conveyancers seeking greater flexibility.
You will manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion, working closely with clients and other professionals throughout the process.

The Role
Your caseload will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- New-build purchases
- Shared ownership purchases
- Transfers of equity
- First registrations and assents
- Help to Buy loan repayments
- Managing files from instruction through to completion and post-completion

Requirements:
We are looking for someone with:
- 3+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
- Strong experience managing a residential property caseload independently
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- The ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- A professional and approachable manner
- A genuine interest in joining a growing firm with a positive culture
