The Firm:

Based in the City, this partner-led commercial law firm advises a diverse range of UK and international clients.

This firm offers a friendly, collaborative environment where lawyers are encouraged to take responsibility, build client relationships, and play an active role in the firm's growth.

The Role:

This firm is looking for an Employment Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join its growing team.

You will work closely with two Partners and a wider team of solicitors and trainees, gaining exposure to a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The role offers genuine responsibility, strong client contact, and the opportunity to develop your own profile within the team.

Your work will include:

  • Advising predominantly employer clients on employment and workplace matters.
  • Employment Tribunal claims, including case management and witness preparation.
  • Disciplinary and grievance matters, TUPE, and employment issues arising from transactions.
  • Executive employment matters, settlement agreements, restrictive covenants, and injunctions.
  • Employment due diligence and drafting contracts, policies, and handbooks.
  • Managing your own matters with appropriate partner support.
  • Contributing to client development, networking, and employment-related articles and updates.

The Candidate & Benefits:

  • 2+ years' PQE with employment law experience.
