Key Responsibilities Of The Property Solicitor
- Building rapport and liaising with estate agents, clients and lenders.
- Remaining compliant with firm procedures and policies.
- Attending Network events and assisting in business development for the Property department.
- Overseeing a residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Handling property sales and remortgages.
- Working with clients on transfers of equity, leases, and refinancing matters.
- Conducting due diligence, title investigations, and resolving complex property queries.

Requirements For The Property Solicitor
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a valid practising certificate.
- Minimum 2+ years PQE in residential and/or commercial property.
- Knowledge of property law and Land Registry procedures.
- Excellent communication.
- Previous experience working with either complex or high value cases.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
Additional Information For The Property Solicitor
- Monday to Friday.
- 09.00 - 17.30.
- Although working outside these hours may be necessary.
- £45,000 - £75,000 DOE.
