Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE)

North Lanarkshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a growing property team in the north Lanarkshire area.

This role is ideal for a Solicitor seeking hands-on responsibility, a steady flow of residential property work and the opportunity to develop their career within a growing and modern legal practice.

The role

As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you’ll handle a range of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing sales and purchases of residential property
  • Handling transfers of title and remortgage transactions
  • Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process
  • Liaising with lenders, agents and third parties
  • Managing your own files with appropriate support
  • Building and maintaining client relationships

About you

This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who:

  • Is NQ to 3 years’ PQE
  • Has experience in Scottish residential conveyancing
  • Is confident managing files independently
  • Has excellent client care and communication skills
  • Is organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
  • Enjoys working within a collaborative team
