New Role - Litigation Solicitor 3+PQE

Warwickshire | £60,000–£85,000 | Hybrid Working | 2 Days in the Office

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded and award-winning specialist team in Warwickshire.

This is a particularly flexible opportunity, with the firm ideally looking for someone to be based in the Warwickshire office.

The firm is also open to candidates from a broader Civil Litigation background who are interested in developing their expertise in Property Litigation and Residential Leasehold disputes.

The Role

You will join a specialist Property Litigation team, working on a varied caseload with a particular focus on Residential Leasehold disputes and Building Safety matters.

Your work will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of Residential Leasehold Litigation matters
  • Advising on disputes relating to the Building Safety Act and wider building safety legislation
  • Representing clients before the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber), Upper Tribunal, and County Court
  • Advising clients throughout court and tribunal proceedings
  • Working closely with colleagues across the firm to provide practical and commercially focused advice
  • Supervising and mentoring Paralegals, Trainees, and Legal Assistants

About You

The firm is open to candidates at Associate, Senior Associate, or Partner level, with 3+ PQE.

You may have experience in:

  • Property Litigation
  • Commercial Litigation
  • Civil Litigation
  • Personal Injury

You should have a strong understanding of litigation procedures and a genuine interest in developing your expertise in Property Litigation.

Experience of Residential Leasehold disputes would be beneficial, but is not essential. The firm is happy to provide training and support.
