The Role
You will join a leading IP team that advises across a comprehensive range of intellectual property matters including rights management, commercialization, protection, and enforcement, with a particularly impressive client base across the sports, fashion, and brand-heavy sectors.

Working directly alongside two partners and a talented team of associates across the London and Manchester offices, you will manage and advise on IP disputes and litigation spanning trademark and passing off, copyright, design rights, and patents.
You will also play a meaningful role in supervising and developing junior members of the team, contributing to business development and profile-raising activity, and helping to shape the direction of a growing department that is gaining real momentum in the market.
