Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Solicitor role based in London. The Solicitor will manage a varied caseload, providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing documents, and representing clients in negotiations and, where appropriate, at hearings. Daily responsibilities include:

The role also involves maintaining accurate files, collaborating with colleagues on complex matters, and contributing to the firm’s commitment to fixed-fee transparency and high-quality service. The successful candidate will uphold best practices, manage deadlines, and support the firm’s reputation for fairness and client care.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Law with the ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and case law.
  • Experience in Conveyancing, including residential or commercial property transactions and related documentation.
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, handling workplace disputes, contracts, and compliance issues.
  • Background in Commercial Real Estate matters, such as leases, acquisitions, and property-related agreements.
  • Experience or interest in Family Law, including divorce, child arrangements, and related proceedings.
  • Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in England and Wales.
  • Excellent client communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear, accessible advice.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage a diverse caseload independently.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, transparency in costs, and delivering high-quality, client-centered legal services.
