The role

  • Manage a complex and varied family law caseload
  • Advise on separation, divorce and financial provision
  • Handle residence and contact disputes
  • Advise on pre-nuptial agreements and adoption
  • Conduct hearings and proofs
  • Support and guide junior team members

About you

  • 5+ years’ PQE in family law
  • Broad experience across privately funded family matters
  • Confident advocate at hearings and proofs
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues
  • Excellent communication and client care
  • Empathetic, proactive and solutions-focused
