Senior Employment Solicitor, 5+ Years' Experience

National Team | £75,000–£90,000+ | Hybrid Working | Uncapped Bonus - Nottingham

A leading national law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Employment Solicitor with 5+ years' experience to join its exceptional and highly regarded national Employment team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor looking to work alongside Legal 500 recommended Employment lawyers, advising major national clients on complex and high-value Employment matters.

The role offers a genuinely supportive and collaborative environment, hybrid working, excellent career progression and, importantly, no individual billing target.

The Role

You will provide specialist Employment law and HR advisory services to a broad range of businesses, from large PLCs and national organisations through to SMEs.

Your work will include:

  • Disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Unfair dismissal
  • Discrimination
  • TUPE
  • Whistleblowing
  • Redundancy and restructures
  • Strategic Employment advice to senior management teams and boards
  • Complex Employment and HR advisory work
  • Advising senior executives and professionals across all aspects of the employment relationship

About You

You will ideally be a Senior Employment Solicitor with 5+ years' experience, with a strong background in contentious Employment work and experience acting for respondent clients. You will ideally have experience advising large national or corporate clients and be comfortable handling complex Employment matters with a high degree of autonomy.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor looking to join a leading national team, work alongside Legal 500 recommended lawyers and develop their career within a supportive environment without the pressure of an individual billing target.
