Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an ambitious NQ to 3 year PQE Solicitor to join our Dispute Resolution team in Leamington Spa.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established and highly regarded team, whilst benefiting from being connected to our wider Dispute Resolution practice. You'll work closely with colleagues across the Dispute Resolution team, giving you exposure to a broader network of clients, matters and legal specialists.
The Opportunity
You will join a collaborative and supportive team advising a diverse client base on a broad range of dispute resolution matters. From day one, you will have the opportunity to work on high-quality instructions, build strong client relationships and develop your technical expertise alongside experienced lawyers who are invested in your success.
As part of a growing regional team, you'll have genuine opportunities to shape your career and develop your own specialisms as the practice continues its exciting growth trajectory.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
- Supporting on a range of complex and high-value disputes.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team.
- Contributing to business development initiatives and networking opportunities.
- Developing your expertise through ongoing learning, mentoring and hands-on experience.
About You
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor with between NQ and 3 years' PQE.
- A strong interest in developing a career within Dispute Resolution.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working as part of a regional team.
- Ambition to develop professionally and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
